The very least that is required is (a) Changing of the present non-functional trusteeship, and inducting of a professional well-paid management; (b) Opening of all vaults despite superstition and obscurantism; (c) A full accounting of all the contents; (d) Installing of uptodate security systems, including documented procedures and the latest technology; (e) Permission to the RBI to use the assets (one lakh crores!!) as collateral for taking loans with purposes for the best benefit of first Kerala, then India. The temple is not the property of either the management or any other individual or family. It is an asset of the people.
