The view from my saddle Its Monday afternoon, you come home from work grab a glass of tea and go to set in your back yard. But now you remember you cant because the EPA has confiscated it for environmental protection, because you have a low place in your yard that holds water. If you fill it in your in violation of the wetlands act, if you dont your guilty of having an Illegal water retention pond, and in violation of the clean waters acts. Even though they have confiscated it you are still liable for fines and penalties. What to do ? The air turns cold so you go to light a fire in your woodstove and have a cold beer only to find out you cant get the beer because the new regulatory commission on head grains has drove the cost so high you cant afford it. You cant keep your house warm because the Government regulations have driven propane to astronomical prices, coal fired electric is gone, Natural gas prices are outrageous because it the only thing they can use to produce electric with. and EPA will fine you for having an unapproved wood stove. But then you be guilty of cutting down Old growth Forrest anyway. Then you set down to look through your mail , and you find out the the boundary dispute between you and your neighbor , has been mediated by Interior Department, and they have decided that because there is a possibility that an endangered species crossed both properties sometime the last hundred years that you are in violation of the endangered species act so BLM has sent notice that they will confiscate the property and you will have to move. The justice Department has taken everything you own to pay the fines, and penalties, and the IRS is going to audit you because you made a comment on the Tea Parties Facebook page. Then just when things couldnt get any worse Social Security is garnishing your wages because your Dad got over paid on his social security 40 years ago. Everything, I have said is within the realm, of possibilities, all of the laws are in effect. alone they can come after us one at a time, and sue us into poverty,and servitude , Its been going on for years. If you think People went to the Bundy ranch just over one mans Cows your wrong. Americans went there as a shot across the bow of big Government. Weve had enough enough...........We came in peace.........THIS TIME! DK
