The way is brightly illuminated by the Eternal Beacon of Light that emits from the Eye of the Source. We are but minute motes, seemingly inconsequential, drifting aimlessly within the Lights warm current; learning and absorbing Its nourishing Life Force-Its Heritage of Spirit. And, tumbling this way and that within the starry embryonic fluid, we grow in enlightenment and and discover our fumbling way back to the Source, until, ultimately, we are once again within the the secure Womb from whence we came. The eventual trail of mans life is ironic indeed. The events that ultimately materialize are oftentimes those that have not been carefully calculated, neither have they been logically anticipated. We have scores of self-expectations, some great, for our future. We meticulously plot our lives according to real life goals and, sometimes, from the colorful musings of daydreams. And we become conscious centered, one-minded in in the high business of of bringing those all-important goals and daydreams to a touchable fruition. But Nature has other ideas for us, and because of various quirks and twists that prove to detour the stringent path of our goals, we are frequently caught off course-sometimes far off the intended mark. This straying is not in itself a negative aspect, if one takes the intelligent time to analyze its purpose; for most detours prove to be required acquisitions needed in order to gain advancement along ones selected byway through life. Goals and dreams are necessary in our valiant attempts to accomplish the gaining of productive and resourceful lives, but the inevitable sidetracks are an unavoidable fact that must be accepted with logic and grace. The walking of unexpected detours often bestows precious insight into hazards and pitfalls circumvented. The detours frequently prove to be pathways to vital perceptions needed to continue the chosen course of life. So, day by day, and mile by mile, we tread upon the trails that are spread out before us. We make the choices, reap what vital knowledge is made available to us and ideally, become a better individual for the physical or spiritual effort it has caused us to expend. And, as we exit the detour and gaze onto the path we have chosen, we take a last look behind us-over the detoured trail, and ask ourselves, What was it all for? What have I learned? What needed wisdom was granted to me? and hopefully we will be able to step upon our path with the light heart that comes with the awareness of one or more revealed truths. Hopefully, we will continue with the deeper comprehension that accompanies acceptance of our new found wisdom.
