The way it works in islam very few Imams or Mullahs (prists)/(enforcers) make the allahs rules and the rest have to follow in the name of allah or ales ... This can be in a small comunity or a whole country, the rules are the same, all they need is few of allahs enforcers to control people, specially women. Allah (muslim god) gives man unconditional ownership/control ower women, well, why would man want to change ... slavery must feel good.
