The way so many people are being caviler and dismissive of the Bill Cosby rape allegations is sickening to my stomach.. And its not even about his guilt or innocence, but just the overall response & protective attitude we have towards him! Hes my favorite TV dad too but these allegations are serious and deserved to be treated as such. We are ready for revolution at the first accusation of racism or a black male harmed by police but when it comes to the lives and safety of our women, we defend the accused and joke about the accusations. It represents a bigger problem in society where the worth of women is devalued & degraded. I hope & pray that the accusations towards Cliff are false, but in the meantime Im praying for all those involved and refuse to pass judgement or defend ANYONE until all the facts come out.
