The weather here in eastern North Carolina has been incredibly pleasant... Mild temperatures, soft breezes, warm sunshine and little humidity. I am expecting the benign to turn oppressive at anytime! A significant number in the community took a trip to the outer banks - the narrow strip of islands that lie off the cost of Carolina - this last weekend. Attending the Ocracoke Music Festival is an obligatory early summer celebration. Summer is upon us. Prepare. The moisture laden blanket called humidity is about to be deployed! My Norfolks dislike that blanket as much as I! They come in after a short, noisy romp, seek out and plop down on an air conditioning vent. A seasonal behavior but oh, so dependable.
