The westerners view us Indians as the hater of women as I have seen in the movie Holy Smoke. They know that female foeticide is common in India. But I am an Indian and I dont hate women and also I dont support female foeticide. I believe the newer generation is different and does not hate women. But I could be wrong as in the villages still these instances of female foeticide could be common. Now talking of Jughead. Jughead was initially shown to be a woman hater. Jughead was politically incorrect. Nowadays Archie comics has become politically correct. But I dont think they should change the woman hater character of Jughead Jones. It is fundamental to him. Nowadays times have advanced and todays kids in the west view things differently. Todays teenagers would view somebody who is a woman hater and stays away from women as a gay man. But in the previous generation it was not so. I have seen in old movies like bhoot bangla that the protagonist stays away from women. In my parents time during their college days girls and boys used to not talk much to each other and boyfriend girlfriend culture was in the movies only.
