The whole situation surrounding The Interview is absolutely ridiculous. HOWEVER, when I saw the preview for this movie in theaters, the first thought through my head was Theres no way, in the oversensitive, politically correct and unnecessarily over-complicated world that we live in will this film go over well. And now what do we have? A canceled premiere, a postponed release, DEATH threats, two Hollywood actors in hiding, people fearing for their safety, and a foreign country considering a comedy to be a declaration of war. What kind of world do we live in? Could we be any more up in arms over the smallest of things that shouldnt hold any weight in our everyday lives?
