The word AGNI translates to FIRE. The root of the word, AG, means to move beyond limitation, to progress. The idea of the word relates to moving through the uncomfortable moments (FIRE) toward growth. The Shala was on FIRE Sunday! Limitations exploded, walls expanded. Just when we thought 25 was the maximum capacity, 29 bright cheerful yogis laid down mats to uplift and enliven at the 10:30 am class. Thank you Rodzilla & Jai for your confidence and your willingness to make room for everyone! Thank you to all who support the yoga we teach and for continuing to practice through your own FIRES!
