The word for today is: What is a resolution? A resolution is the act of finding an answer or solution to a conflict, problem, etc. : the act of resolving something! Most people at this time of the year make resolutions because they want things in their life to get better. They want to loose weight, get their finances in order, they want better marriages, attitudes and a host of other things! The problem is that they are trying to do things in their own strength and that is why after about 8 days their resolution is broken and they are back in the same spot doing the same thing! If you want to be successful this year, here are two things you must start with! #1. You need the Holy Spirit and a strong prayer life! Matthew 6:33 NIV But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. #2. You need to change your thinking and learn to walk by faith! Philippians 4:8 NIV Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things. Remember your feet always follow your your thought pattern! Have a great New Year and remember if you do the same thing the same way you will get the same results!
