The word inconsistent is mentioned in Rockys behavior notes and that one word sums up the past 6 weeks of his life---probably even his entire life. Rocky has been in and out of the shelter system. We have known him as Buck, Roscoe and Rocky; he has been adopted and returned like an itchy holiday sweater. But why? Hes cute as a button, incredibly friendly, maybe a little on the energetic side but---newsflash---he is a little over a year old so thats appropriate for his age. They attribute cats with 9 lives but Rocky has certainly had just about as many chances to get out of the ACC, and stay out, but none of those chances have gained him lasting freedom.
