The word of God is like a mirror. It shows us exactly what we look like and it shows us what specific areas of our lives that God wants to change in us. It starts pointing out certain sins and lifestyles in our lives that the Father says, Its time to deal with! Then, the word of God gives us the remedy to fix the problem, so we can change. The word of God is the vehicle Holy Spirit uses to speak to our hearts and minds. So, every time we read the word, hear the word, meditate upon the word and walk in obedience to the word of God, we are being changed from one degree to another. As we change, we are becoming more and more like Jesus! Its a process! It doesnt happen overnight! It is a life-long process! Oh, if we will behold the word of God...if we will allow the word of God to get down inside of us.... it will change us into the same image of Christ, from glory to glory! (2 Cor 3:18)
