The work week is over and the weekend can begin! What a fantastic response weve had to our current rescue group, Arkansas Paws in Prison! We are going to verify our count tonight, but in just two short weeks we have fulfilled our commitment to this awesome program! I hope that youve been as inspired by this program as I have been. Each rescue group holds a special place in my heart and this Arkansas group now feels like family! Stay tuned for lots of pictures of your blankets with these dogs. You’ve all made sure that Jim Gumm really has his work cut out for him next week when he returns from vacation! Hit those fabric stores tomorrow, because we’ll be launching our next rescue on Sunday! And now one more PIP video thats really worth the time it takes to watch - not because of what Hank the dog is doing, but because of what the inmates have devised to help teach him. Hank will be a service dog for a woman in a wheelchair, and his trainers are working to get Hank ready for that. The problem is, they dont have a wheelchair to use. So they made one the best way they knew how so Hanks studies wouldnt miss a beat...
