The world is natural chaotic and in this state it finds harmony. Trying to impose order on chaos breaks the natural state of things. It is ultimately artificial and non-sustainable. Much like a tended garden, which requires constant care, the moment you turn you gaze is the moment it falls apart. It becomes overgrown, wild, and in the end kills itself trying to restore the natural order, the balance of things. It is because the garden is artificial, it cannot exist naturally. The natural way of things is best. Quite trying to impose order on something that simply is.
