The worldwide IZFM Management Team is searching for the IZFM2014 song and they are open for your suggestions. Everybody is welcome to share the song which meets the following criteria: a) The Song: - must capture the essence of Zouk: by this we mean that the song should have a clear traditional Zouk beat (toom chik chik); - should be without too many tempo variations; - can be original or remixed; - should be fun, energetic and contagious; - can be a new Zouk song, or a fresh Zouk remix. b) Language: The song maybe in English, Portuguese or French. c) Lyrics: decent. d) Best suited for a Flashmob: do keep in mind that the performances may happen either indoors or outdoors, and the song should ideally be appealing to the spectators watching the event as well. e) as we need to resolve copy rights all over the world, so please indicate name of creator, creator should be accessible for contact. Please, attach your song suggestion (mp3), with the name of the song and the singer/artist and EMAIL it to us at [email protected], latest by 17th of March. Do ensure that the song you submit is of high quality mp3-file, suitable for public broadcast. From the songs which meet these criteria, the BoA (Board of Advisors) will choose the best songs. List of the songs, approved by the BoA, will be available for Choreo Contest participants.
