The wrap (Ultimate Body Applicator) is a cloth infused with a botanical gel. You can apply it on a targeted area anywhere from the chin down (neck, back, belly, legs, etc.). You can wear if for 45 minutes up to 8 hours if you sleep in it. Some of the ingredients in the wrap work immediately to nourish the skin and help improve the appearance of stretch marks and cellulite, and other ingredients over a 72 hour period to tighten, tone, and firm the skin. You need to drink water while you wrap, it is not a water loss wrap or a sweat wrap. Each wrap is a single use product and 4 wraps are considered to be a full treatment. You can wrap every 72 hours.
