The years have been kind to me, after 15 years of trial and a few errors I can now kiss a lady passionately as i look into her eyes...wait a second as i look at her eyelids. Women have this thing of closing their eyes when you kiss them...umm i wonder why??Science might attempt to explain this phenomenon with a simple "she is lost in the moment". Does that mean that i never get lost to the point of making my world black....okay tell me when you close your eyes what colors do you see. maybe my cons are messed up and its only the rods that function properly...am talking about the retina.As i was saying now the confidence seems to be at its peak. this reminds me of those earlier days where i braved the cold just to get an idea of a kiss. There was this girl, sweet brown and bright. She had intelligent eyes and full lips and well a full body, how would i start i pondered. So one fateful night i told her that i had a lot on my mind and that all she had to do was listen. she fell for this plot or was it I that fell cause she said yes with a yipee ...at that moment i was johnny...johnny Bravo, i had to pull my best moves. the meeting time drew nigh and i brushed or should i say polished my teeth with Delident ...now brethren do not use this toothpaste, it erodes teeth. Be that as it may, my breath was fresh; my lips minty and my resolve set as stone. Come the hour and i was perky, we walked the lanes of jinja, first the well lit roads then the darkest...damn we walked. Everytime we reached a dark deserted spot i would hold her hand and the desire to pull her close would brim but i could never get my muscles to oblige ...after 5 hours of torture ...yes five hours we were back at her door step its then that she kissed me. My legs were hurting, i was hungry but I was a winner ....up to this day i wonder why we had to move those miles only to kiss at the start...i know she thinks back and says we were happy.
