The young mans hair was almost orange and drooped from his head in thin, lank braids. At the end of each one, just above the rubber band, was a colored bead the size of a marble. Stevie Wonder wore his hair like that the late 70s, but hes black. And blind. Then too, Stevie Wonder didnt have acne on his neck and wear baggy denim shorts that fell midway between his knees and ankles. Topping it off was the kids T-shirt. I couldnt see the front of it, but printed in large letters across the back were the words Freaky Mothafocka --David Sedaris
