Theatre and dining will combine at an event in Blue Teapot Theatre on Munster Avenue. Jessica Murphy, owner and head chef at Kai Café and Michelin star-winning Enda McEvoy of LOAM will curate a special culinary event on Friday May 16 at 7.30pm featuring a 5-course menu. Blue Teapot Theatre Company must raise €12,000 in 21 days as part of a Fund it campaign to support a new show called iD which is due to premier at this year’s Galway Arts Festival. Petal Pilley, Director of Blue Teapot says: We are so thrilled to have been approached by Chef Jess Murphy with the idea of a ‘Pop up’ restaurant to fundraise for the Blue Teapot Fund it campaign. The support of our local Galway community is heartwarming and vital in the creation of this year’s show iD.
