Theme is Store Fronts: Canton Dockside, Baltimore, where my son learned the proper way to eat Maryland Crabs from my old friend the Kosmik Kid. For the uninitiated: The waiter covers the table with parchment, hands everyone a wooden mallet, and then dumps a bucket of steaming crabs onto the table. You then alternate between beating the crab with the mallet and breaking apart the shell until you can get at the succulent crab meat.
