Themes of Sundays dance, body and life are prevalent off the floor. I find myself watching them, within myself, being/aware of the forces and feelings at play, being true to my energy and intention. I am grateful for this and not sure what will be or what the next dance will bring in this Jane laden week/weekend of dancing. For those who cant make our regular Sunday class, or would like to dance with Jane Saturday and Sunday, mini-workshop style, this is the opportuinity to deepen your experience, enjoy, retain, play at a number of classes across London etc, - this is the perfect weekend. Saturday from 11.30am Jane is holding the silent space at Greenwich Sweat, Saturday night, 7pm Jane is covering at St Georges Tufnell Park, and Sunday shell back at The London Buddhist Centre, from 6.45pm. Triple Bill, single sitting, matinee, tickets on the door, come and dance.
