Then I found my dream home and its for sale... and if I win the lotto, which Ultimately means I should go play it...the demographics are great....So what if the view has fine wines and spirits in the front yard... ??? Just like in Newtown We have jazz festivals for such spots. This is my fixer upper dream, and Im stokked to say that I am quite the interior designer...I mean I have watched the block 3 times at least. This land is prime but how tiresome it could have the burden of parkland bla bla bla.... or heritage listing or OTT council rates which could limit the possibilities, but who needs a huge house these days - I could almost live in one room with these magnificent views and read The Giving Tree over and over again then admire the authors handsome face whilst crocheting dolls....bliss
