ANSWER: Job stability has, nowadays, been one of the most pressing issues for job-seekers. There is a statement that it has become unachievable and no longer preferred to pursue a sole occupation the whole life. As far as i am concerned, this notion is reasonable . It is mostly unfeasible to stay in a job throughout the working life , the reasons for this are twofold . For one thing, it is the development of the technology that brings about the disposal of manual workforce . Admittedly, the emergence of cutting-edge machine makes it possible to accomplish the task more effectively and rapidly than previously . Accordingly, manual workers are coerced into seeking for another career . Another contributory factor for workers to change their occupation is that they cannot meet the rigorous standards of their boss. Certainly the employees who are not eminently suitable for their task will be superseded by the sensible employer.This results in the profession redundancy , thus, the substandard one has to choice but to leave his job . It is also preferable to commuting the career stemming from the needs of employees . One possible reason for this is a strong desire to gain experience and enhancing job satisfaction . It is evident that staying in the same company will restraint the development of experience and make the career menial . Hence, people have to embark on another company to broaden their horizons and stimulate the job satisfaction . In addition to the aforementioned things, the company’s inadequacy is presumably one of the underlying factors. there are some cases in which the employers do not make best use of employee’s ability or the job are too demanding with low income , it is better for people to seek for more lucrative occupation . To put it in a nutshell, i firmly restate my position that it is no longer feasible or desirable to remain stable in one career the whole life .
