There are 2 places left on the Autumn Restorative workshop with me on Sunday: Autumn is a time for grounding after the heat of summer;taking time to pause each day and give ourselves a moment to simply breathe as we prepare for the Winter ahead. Autumn is a wonderful time take stock of our lot.. to look at what it is we are harvesting.. and to question whether or not our patterns and ways of behaving still serve us. I will be offering a Restorative morning workshop on Sunday 12th October. The focus will be on grounding physically and mentally, releasing old pattens and opening the heart to change. The session will be limited to just 6 people to allow for an intimate setting so do let me know if you would like to book a space asap.
