There are a few concerns I have with this, assuming it does everything it is said to do; Who has control over it? I dont want the government to have yet another way to track literally our every step or turn it into a weapon where it can fry a mass of people. Another concern is how much is this going to cost, as in how much labor and resources? If it is a high percentage of recycled material then it shouldnt be much but to replace all the roads in the country it can become a huge tax burden, especially if there is a multi-billion or million start up cost and then the project never gets done. Another chief concern would be that this would make it so that more cars are driven more often which would end up causing more pollution for the environment. But a project like this could come with the addition of more ports to plug in electrical cars and maybe find a way to use the energy gained from the roads to automatically keep having the cars charged at all times. Doing so could lower emissions greatly and almost completely cut out the need for fossil fuels to run vehicles.
