The male calves are an unavoidable bi-product of the dairy industry and we believe that eating welfare-friendly British veal is a more ethical alternative to allowing them to be slaughtered at birth or shipped to Europe. The meat is fantastic too; rich in colour, which reflects the good diet and living standards the calves have. We are planning a great menu for you to enjoy, with different cuts of veal cooked and served interesting ways.
