There are a lot of designed items to prevent the homeless to have shelter. These spikes in London is just one of those examples. Another is that the metro link on S.Grand near my building installed benches with arms for each person so not one person could lie down and sleep. That is another reason why they are taking out bus shelters and putting up either no bench or one that is virtually impossible to sit on. Just so that the homeless have to go elsewhere. Is this good? Is this bad? You tell me.
