There are a number of legal experts commenting on my page today about how the grand jury met for days on end and heard all the evidence and knows everything and still found no probable cause. What these experts dont understand is that the prosecutor completely controls the grand jury process and no prosecutor is going to aggressively pursue one of his cop buddies in the grand jury. By the way, this story should also reinforce in all of us about why we never make statements to the police at anytime but especially after shooting someone EVEN IF we think are completely justified in the shooting. We should do what the cops do, but instead of calling our FOP representative, we need to be calling our attorney.
