There are few things that I enjoy more than a book signing. Seriously. You get to look right in the eyes of the woman or man that had the courage to give up a significant chunk of their time to put their words and worldview on paper for all to see, challenge, criticize and love. Then, they publicly sign and claim authorship of the same in your presence. What a joy! Today, I got to go to David OHaras book signing here in Sioux Falls. A great thinker, teacher and member of our community. He signed a copy for me and a copy for a close fly-fishing friend. Joy for me and joy to spread. Who could ask for a better Saturday?!
