There are many competition In Nagaland dance,songs etc. 1.Naga best dancer 2.Nagas got talent 3.Nagaland dancing superstars And maybe more.. They all fallow a system ie Voting. To gain maximum profit through contestants help. We never won any competition based on voting because we feel that practicing is much more important than going house to house selling votes.. I like to ask all the artist (upcoming) Why are you entering competition where there is Voting? Is your talent not enough? If your rich and your parents are rich.... You can join any competition dig your nose on the stage and buy all the voting card and win it... If you want to rise above others why are you going house to house selling votes? Most of the rising artist are from middle class families specially dancers(rich people never care about dance.. They have beer bellies instead of six packs) One suggestion from my side.... Forget about the cash prize the organizers promised.. stop contesting in voting based competitions. Practice hard and show it in the church or some youth meet.. That will make you more popular ... Nowadays nobody cares about some Naga got talent or whatever.. They all try to shell out money from all the contestants without looking at the real talent.... Trust me... I have face it many times and its useless to spend 12 hours practicing unless you have lakhs of money to buy the votes.
