There are many ways to look at this- # When billionaires want to go bust, they invest in or start airlines or huge media empires # Who is behind RIL in this one? (Remember Bank of China behind Sahara and others?) # What is the credibility or profitability of any of the existing #18 media verticals, in any format? # Every time a Media Channel gives one entity an award, then 23 other people get their knives sharpened. And finally-what will the new team manage that the old team could not, or do better? The older lot has syphoned whatever they could and probably made sure of their contingency trajectory and strategy, but will soon find that losers have no friends. The scramble to join the winners will be worth watching!!
