"There are no Accidents" Today I am hearing that age old adage repeatedly. It is reminding me of why we are really here in these bodies. To learn, grow and evolve comes to the forefront of my conscious mind. That means that everything that comes across our path, every being, every situation, whether we deem the experience positive or negative, is for us to learn from. This is a hard pill for most of us to swallow. It does mean taking responsibility for everything we create. For me it did feel like I was being told that "all that happened was my fault." That triggered guilt, self-loathing, fear, pain and definitely more suffering. Even after many years of practicing detachment and non-judgment, I still have to work at letting go beating myself up when something happens that feels like it is out of my control. We are complex creatures. We have cellular memories and are bombarded with misinformation, confused messages and electrical energy from all the hi-tech devices in our human world. When we find a teacher, teaching or path that assists us in rising above the fray unfolding in front of our vision, we are then strong enough to look at what really is and not fall prey to the old patterns of blame, evasion, addictions, and believing in victimization. One day at a time many of us are awakening to the understanding of what true reality is. It is becoming an exciting adventure and we want to share it with all.......Please join us.
