There are no official reports out of Cairo yet. There are 3 more hours left of the ceasefire. The rumors lead me to believe that there is no agreement. My main reason for suspecting this is the apparent Israeli refusal to release the 54 re-arrested Schalit exchange prisoners arrested after the murder of the 3 Israeli teens in the West Bank. It is hard for me to imagine Hamas agreeing to a deal without getting those prisoners released. There might be a lot of Egyptian pressure to get Hamas to agree to extend the ceasefire for a few more days. I am not sure they will agree. I hear that there is a lot of pressure from the people of Gaza on Hamas to agree to a ceasefire. Soon we will know what they decide.
