There are no quick fixes to our emotional and physical health, when one is offered, doubt it seriously. The path to health is a slow, steady curve of exploration, discipline, dedication, trust and wonder. Every day holds a choice to stay on the path or veer from it, but every day this option is on the table. It does, however, take daily practice and behaviour to stay on course. Wake up in the morning and make your choice...do I want to be healthy? Act accordingly. I wish you all good health...it brings wisdom and peace.
