There are only a few times in ones life when you make a major life changing decision. What school to go to and what to study, getting married, choosing a career choice and RETIREMENT. So here I am after working for over 50 years (including my lawn mowing and snow scooping business at the age of 12) I have decided enough is enough. I have been contemplating this decision for quite awhile but as often is the case it takes a gentle or sometime huge push to make it happen. In my case, maybe some of you heard that Microsoft is doing a huge layoff. Well they decided for me that my time had come, gave me a generous retirment severance package and that was it. Well its better than a gold watch or the silver bowl my Dad got. So whats next? You will have to stay tuned!
