There are people out there in the USA who believe that dinosaurs and man roamed the earth together. This belief has absolutely no basis in scientific or other fact. I would submit that there are some such people still capable of eventually coming around to fact based existence. The reason is that we are talking about prehistory, the long past where the veils of time have made human knowledge of the periods involved a relatively recent phenomenon. Most of the knowledge of those times has only come to us in the past 100 years of human eixistence, and much is still being learned now. On the other hand, there are those - and I have run across a good many online- that challenge not only the facts of ancient prehistory, or the conclusions made from ancient history, but the absolutely documented facts of modern history. People that claim the New Deal prolonged the Great Depression, or that the Vietnam war was not a tragic waste of lives and money are in that camp. These people are the kind of people who will believe FOX "news" is real until they die, and can NEVER be reached by logic and will never live in a reality based world. These are people who have, like Elvis, left the building, never to return.
