There are plenty of good reasons to drink the right quantity of water every day, either plain or in combination with other fluids or food. One good reason is to stay hydrated when working out in the gym or jogging, for example. So why not make your own sports drink? Its really easy... mix 1 liter of water (preferably cleaned of all the nasty stuff by a Bluewater water purifier) with about 1/3 cup of sugar, add 1/4 teaspoon of table salt and flavor to taste with orange juice, lemon or lime juice etc ... keep refrigerated until you start your workout :)
