There are so many posts on Facebook lately saying I support.....fill in the blank. It might be a country or a pastor or a certain religious movement or a church or a person who claims to prophesy or....well on and on and on. I support nothing of this man made, man rewarded world....I support and trust in Jesus. He tells me to love all and trust very few. 1st Peter 4:8, Micah 7:5 God has put in my life a handful of people He has shown me over time I can trust but also to trust in Him above all. I do not claim to be a good person, in fact alone, all by myself I know I am not. The only thing that redeems me is the fact that I trust in Jesus. He saves me, He alone wipes my slate clean and because of Him I can reach out to others and love them, encourage them and be a good friend to them. It is the Holy Spirit in me and Jesus in my heart that lets me do good, it is them working through me. It is Jesus that has saved my life and helped me turn away from the worldly things of this life. I admit sometimes boy do I fall hard and still, even then, Jesus goes before me, never leaving me or forsaking me. Deuteronomy 31:8..and He lets me repent and ask for forgiveness and HE forgives ME! So my support and trust is saved for Him and nothing on this earth will ever take the place of Him in my heart. Yes, I support and trustJesus and that will never change.
