I started doing Shiatsu because I really connected with the simple healing essence of this work and the profound transformation that can happen through this practice. It resonates with my life path. My focus is to listen deeply to whats needed and support my clients with compassion in a heart-centered approach, whether that is treating physical conditions or holding space to heal anything on the emotion/spiritual levels. I most love seeing the change within my clients happen. Its the most rewarding thing to see people leave our sessions feeling the like they are moving forward in the right direction. I center myself by staying present and learning to relax more fully into whatever the moment brings. Meditating and chanting makes this possible for me. Be well!
