There are still truly thoughtful people in the world... Took the kids to the store and for the first time I let Madde use her walker. It proved to be quite the task. A few people helped or asked if we needed help as we made our way out. Just as I was finishing loading the truck a woman came up to me with tears in her eyes and said that Madde was such an inspiration and that shed been having some hard times and Madde had restored her faith. She insisted on giving me $50 to take the kids to lunch and a gift card for a manicure which I tried several times to refuse. She finally pushed the $50 into my hand and gave me a huge hug and said thank you and got her car and left. God works in mysterious ways. There is no way that woman could have known how much I needed that too right now.
