There are those who believe that healing is a sovereign act of God that is more like a mysterious and uncertain act. It sounds like this, God, if it be Your will, would you heal so and so. Scripture is abundantly clear that it is not just His will, but HIS VERY NATURE to heal. Its not just what He does, its WHO HE IS. God has sovereignly chosen to use believers as ambassadors of all the manifestation gifts of the Holy Spirit. In that case, those who leave these things to the mysterious will of God are actually rejecting His sovereignty.
