There are three muscles that make up the Glutes a.k.a The Booty Here is an exercise that works all three muscles: Gluteus Maximus- YELLOW Gluteus Medius - GREEN Minimus- RED Equipment required: Cable Pulley & Ankle cuff Cable Kickbacks- Keep knees and hips slightly bent, core/abs tight, and slowly lift leg back as high as you can, squeeze and lower back to starting position. Exhale as you kickback. Try not to arch your back too much! Switch legs and repeat! Cable Kick back to 45 degree angle- Just like the Cable Kickbacks, lift leg back to about a 45 degree angle. Avoid jerking body to lift your leg! Cable Abductor- Step away from pulley facing one side, hold on to ballet bar, and Abduct your hips, move leg away from the pulley. Then turn around and work the opposite leg
