There are two basic areas of life you can focus on. Positive and negative. Good and bad. Right and wrong. Etc. Do you really think emphasizing the negative will make things better? That is actually the opposite of what you should do if you want things to get better. Focus on the positive and put your mental, physical, and spiritual energy toward the good. When you do that, thats when things begin to get better. And thats where your mind will function in a way that allows you to better deal with the situations life brings about. Think about it!
