There are two rallies in two different states of India, today i.e.Sunday, 27th October,2013 one in Patna, Bihar and the other in Mangolpuri, Delhi just very few kilometers away from Japanese park where MODIS RALLY WAS HELD A FEW WEEKS AGO. These rallies are significant because both are to be addressed by the future Prime Ministers of India, one to represent the UPA and the other supposedly NDA but of course with the support of the third front as the situation foresees it. Modis moral is quite high as being in the opposition he is offensive and Rahul to some extent defensive, as he is on the ruling side. But one thing that is primarily bothering the people of the country, particularly the poor and those hailing from the working class is the fact that Bhartiya Janata Party which is blaming the ruling establishment of corruption or inflation is itself very much allegedly embroiled in the same as in each an every rally of Modi the BJP is spending crores and crores of rupees in its arrangements and for ferrying people from distant areas in order to make the same successful. People of the country are simply asking them as to where they have brought this huge money from. If we go by the newspapers reports , the Delhi Rally of BJP incurred the expenditure of staggering Rupees 15 crores and the current rally of Patna Bihar is costing this party more then a hefty sum of Rupees ten crores. What message does the BJP want to give to the people of the country. Do they want to show and confirm that they are the party of the rich, affluent, capitalists or the corporates and that they have nothing to do with the poor. One simply asks them if being out of power they have such a huge capacity to go for vulgar ostentation s and spend crores and crores in just organizing few public meetings in a country that has the maximum number of people living below poverty line and where still nearly half of the children are disastrously under fed or are suffering from mal nutrition, then its really the GOD who can save us from being bank rupt. On the one hand the BJP spends crores of Rupees on political shows just to capitalize the political situations to bag votes its the Congress on the other hand that goes for food for security program mes for the poor, direct cash transfer schemes for the underprivileged class, MNREGA that guarantees jobs to over 20 crores poor people of the country, old , widow and handicapped pensions of Rs.1500 per person per month to crores of poor people, ladli financial assistance for the girl child and infinite developmental spree in the infrastructural sector of the country. Does it not sound utterly ridiculous that in order to just downgrade Rahul Gandhi, the scion of the Gandhi family and the Vice President of All India Congress Committee, the BJP and Modi who is more of less an authoritarian leader, the hero of the aftermath of the Godhra episode and an over ambitious politician spends billions is his political shows just forgetting the fact that had this vulgar ostentation ( huge money) been used for the welfare of the poor, down trod dens and the hapless he would have won accolades all around the country for being a messiah but unfortunately he has missed the train. Am extremely sorry to say.
