There can only be ONE Tun Mahathir. He should remain the one and only. Many Malaysians would agree on this statement, hence him being revered by many, and to certain extend, being idolized too. The one person among some who does not understand this, unfortunately, is Tun Mahathir himself. He tried to create another Tun Mahathir in Tun Ghafar Baba, Tun Musa Hitam, DS Anwar Ibrahim, Tun Abdullah Badawi but failed. Now he is trying to create another Tun Mahathir in DS Najib Razak but didnt manage to, hence his frustration. There are many roads that would lead to Rome , and Tun Mahathir should be proud of the path he charted for Malaysia during his tenure but at the same time allow and appreciate for roads his successors are trying to adapt, which could be different from his. Give Najib Razak a break Id say. There is a Federal Opposition scrutinizing him already in the Parliament and media. Thats enough for a Federal Executive body head to handle. Imagine if Cameron was to comply with wishes of Margaret Thatcher, Maggie wouldnt be remembered as a legend anymore, the new Maggie, Ie Cameron would! Tun Mahathir, you are a legend, and supposingly an irreplaceable one. Please do not replace your status quo as a legend. Malaysians need that.
