There has been a lot of focus on the divide between the two main sides or factions of our conservative movement and Republican Party right now, and so much of it has been negative. Jen Raiffie made an important point tonight that provoked me to post this: The so-called establishment and tea party divides cant seem to agree on our mission and our vision. Thus, if we can reach agreement on that between both sides, then we can actually get somewhere. And so I pose this question for those of my friends who expressly consider themselves to be in the liberty/tea party wing of the Republican Party: what mission and vision would you like to see prescribed for our party/movement and why? Please narrow your comments to Colorado specifically, NOT national (i.e. no Mitch McConnell vs. Ted Cruz). Also, please DO NOT post any negatives or criticisms here; any attacks against individuals or the status quo will be deleted from this thread without any thought to the matter. I am hoping for positive and productive comments from my Liberty Movement friends. In fact, providing a concise Mission Statement and a concise Vision Statement would be great too! cc: Randy B.
