There has been such great advances in knowledge that many of us tend to think that everything starts and ends in the physical realm. The truth is that there is a spiritual realm from which we came before being manifested where we are now(Jer 1:5). Likewise, everything else starts in the spiritual before manifesting in the physical, that is the order of things. That is why the physical life is referred to as a shadow in the bible (Ps. 39:6, Ecc.8:13). To change the position of a shadow, one has to change the position of the object in relation to light. In John 8:12 Christ tells us that He is the light of the world, a world full of darkness. It is tragic in a dark world where there are pits (Mat15:14) not to have Light ahead of you. It is wrong, when called to be a reflection of light for others (Jn 1:8, Mat 5:15, Luke 11:33) to cover the light under a basket (2Kings 7:9), after all a candle loses nothing by lighting another one and there is always the danger of the King removing the lampstand from ahead of those who do not reflect (Rev 2:5). Position yourself properly in relation to Light and after you have done that, reflect it to others. Have a great day and God bless all your efforts.
