There have been a lot of people weighing in on the issue of the cost of the search for Eric Frein. This was a horrible, cowardly attack from the darkness of the brush on two State Troopers as one was breathing a sigh of relief at the end of a long day of dealing with issues - but now he was going home to relax, while the other was just coming on duty and hoping for a relatively quiet night. This was not only an attack on two innocent family men, it was an attack on civilized society. An attack on everything good and honorable. The search for this detestable creature must continue regardless of cost. It must be made clear that no one will rest until this suspect is in the custody of law enforcement officials. The argument that this magnitude of a search would not happen for someone else is a moot point.
