There is NO better feeling than when a client from across the country orders a piece and loves it so much they cant wait to send you a photo of it hung on the wall. To say that this 40x60 Giclee on canvas worked hard to get on that wall is an understatement. My client ordered it on Feb 19th, it went to print on Feb 24, final approval and shipped on March 10, arrived in NY 5 days later with severe damage - the entire corner of the canvas was torn off. Shock, disbelief and anger...thanks FedEx! We started the process all over again and I am VERY happy to report that the Giclee arrived safe and sound last Friday as seen by this photo. Disaster averted and client is thrilled....my local lab, Artisan Colour and Rich Mazzella rocked...they got RIGHT on this issue and I thank them!!!! I can finally take that BIG breath for a sigh of relief and job well done! :)
