There is a MAJOR misconception that you cant eat healthy for cheap. Yes, organic and grass fed meats are much more expensive, BUT you do not have to eat these to be healthy and accomplish your goals. If you are using, its too expensive to eat healthy then you there is no one else to blame but yourself, because I will lay out a daily meal plan below that you can eat everyday for one week and have your grocery bill under $50.00 Breakfast: 3 Egg Whites (Hard Boiled) 1/2 Cup Oatmeal (unflavored) Snack 1: Banana Protein Bar Lunch: Tuna (mixed with sweet relish & mustard) over spinach 1/3 cup brown rice Snack 2: 10 Carrots & Hummus 1 Pack Raisins Dinner: 1 Grilled Chicken Breast 1 cup frozen vegetables 1/3 cup brown rice Snack 3: Unflavored Greek Yogurt w/ raisins and drizzle honey TOTAL GROCERY BILL FOR THE WEEK: $48.00 Approx. That is less $7.00 per day!!! Its a mindset. You can have anything you want, we are all our biggest obstacle from achieving greatness in our lives!
